Real Estate Closing Attorney (Spanish speaking) – Immediate Need
Location : Atlanta, GA
Our client, a respected and fast-growing real estate law firm, is seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough title examinations and resolve title issues to ensure clear property ownership.
Manage residential real estate closings from contract to completion.
Draft and review legal documents including deeds, affidavits, and closing statements.
Communicate effectively with all transaction parties including buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the closing process.
Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Active Bar license in the state of Georgia.
Fluent in Spanish
2+ years of experience handling residential real estate closings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Starting Salary : $100,000+
