Dianne's Fine Desserts, a division of Dessert Holdings has a Set Up Technician opening in their Le Center, Mn location. Monday-Friday 1pm to 9 : 30pm.

What you would be doing :

  • Set-up and breakdown equipment as production schedule dictates.
  • Inspect and assemble clean equipment.
  • Prepare equipment for sanitation processes.
  • Train co-workers to setup and do minor trouble shooting of equipment.
  • Ability to train, learn and retain across a wide variety of setup processes.
  • Inform maintenance technician and Supervisor of potential equipment issues / failures.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and recommendations for project implementation including equipment specifications / installations and facility modifications.

Skills and Abilities required :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6mos + working experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Word, MS Office.
  • Must be able to read and write in English and fill out paperwork.
  • Possessing excellent upper and lower body strength. Ability to do overhead lifting of 20-50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Possessing normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills.
  • Possessing good eye-hand coordination.
  • Resourceful and good problem solving skills
