Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and track inventory levels, process orders, and ensure products are stocked accurately. This role is responsible for performing regular stock checks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Track, record, and manage inventory levels in the system.

Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to verify accuracy.

Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely updates.

Ensure products are stocked, labeled, and organized correctly.

Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and records.

Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status and movement.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and purchasing teams to maintain stock levels.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in logistics or business is a plus).

Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain preferred.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP software).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
