Sourcing Specialist - NPD

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to join our team onsite in Kalamazoo, MI. In this role, you'll support our New Product Development (NPD) process from a supply chain perspective, ensuring that cost, quality, and delivery goals are met early and sustained through launch. You'll own key commodities and suppliers, with a strong focus on early engagement, strategic sourcing, and cross-functional alignment.

• This is a hybrid position requiring you to be on-site four days per week and following our Flexible Work Guidelines
