Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support and inquiries

Handle specialized processes such as wire payments, levies, and court orders

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing operations and initiatives

Required Qualifications

FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or will obtain within 6 months of hire

1-3 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and proactive approach

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
