Position Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and communicate insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention and other staffing areas.
- Create clear, concise and compelling reports and memos to share findings with stakeholders.
- Build and enhance tools using Excel, Access and PowerBI to streamline HR operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR partners and business teams to support data-driven staffing plans.
- Monitor HR system transactions for accuracy and recommend process improvements.
