Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations for a ground-up data center build.
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards.
Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trades.
Oversee logistics, inspections, and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects.

Proven leadership in complex, high-value projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Willingness to travel and commit to long-term assignments.

Focus on safety, schedule, and quality.
