Process Manager

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm
Summary : Project Coordination
Responsibilities :
- Work with teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop full scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Coordinate meetings with appropriate parties to make progress towards deliverables.
- Input schedules into a project tracking tool and update during the course of the project.
- Ensure all critical communications are fully documented.
- Serve as a liaison for project stakeholders / leadership; ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing interaction with team including escalating issues, providing project completion reports, and notification of schedule changes / update.
- Engage in projects to enhance the Patient Experience.
- IT project synchronization.
- Assist with development and deployment of new technology.
- Manage risk on an ongoing basis for planned and emergent downtimes.
- Manage department IT assets.
Operations Coordination :
In conjunction with leadership identifies capital requests and quotes for all locations.Track requests.Track outcomes i.e. purchased, deferred, denied, etc.Work with teams on throughput initiatives including flow and equipment needs.Assist with data collection and analysis at all sites which may include volume, throughput, finance, etc.Provide data and analysis related to supply utilization.Integrate data from multiple systems / sources for process improvement.Facility Coordination :
Independently or with emergency services leadership, make decisions related to risk management for new / existing space utilization.Conduct regular compliance surveys and correct and / or report findings to leadership.Assist in maintaining leaderships awareness of readiness for Joint Commission and other oversight organizations.Determine need for facility repairs / improvements for life safety and environment of care.Ensure these are completed and meet compliance standards.Work collaboratively with EVS to schedule annual maintenance of the departments.Review weekly all open facilities work orders and work with facilities teams to close orders or complete work.Agency Contract Staff :
Point of Contact for RGH to all Agencies.Manage status of contracts / Needs.Resolve and communicate issues / circumstances between contracted employees and Agency.Ensure schedules and compliance are all completed prior to Contract Start dates.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or a combination of education and experience.3 years of experience.Preferred Qualifications :
