We’re looking for a pleasant, outgoing, and dependable Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers succeed.
As a Customer Service Specialist , you’ll be the voice of a metalworking tooling brand—providing quick, friendly, and effective support to distributors, end users, and sales partners.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and distributors
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and expedite requests efficiently and accurately
- Provide product and service information with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with regional managers and manufacturer’s reps to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly and follow through to completion
