Part-Time AP / AR Specialist

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule : 15-20 hours per week (flexible days / times)

Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Our client, a leader in the their industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR) Specialist to provide part-time support to their accounting team. Key Responsibilities

Process and code accounts payable invoices

Manage accounts receivable billing and follow up on outstanding balances

Assist with cash applications and reconciliations

Maintain accurate records and support month-end tasks

Provide general support to the accounting department as needed

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in AP / AR or general accounting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus
