Brown & Brown is seeking a Property and Casualty Producer to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT!

Reporting to an Office Leader or executive, individuals whose primary responsibilities are in the sales and renewal of business and defined as "producer" by participation in the TOP GUN program.

How You Will Contribute :

• Responsible for the development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Participation in the presentation of our services at prospect meetings.
• Bring new business prospects to closure.
• Work closely with Leader to set and achieve sales goals; and with service team to ensure the delivery of services.
• Prospect sectors or market areas by identifying business needs and proposing company products and services.
• Obtain prospects and actively pursue and create interest by telephone calls, writing letters, or making personal visits.
• Maintain currency and further develop expertise in declared sector or market area by networking and participating in professional development activities.
