Marketing And Product Commercialization Strategist

This position is accountable for the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of strategic marketing and product commercialization strategies, to both internal employees and external customers, that drive revenue, promote growth and create brand loyalty. This individual aligns to company-wide initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Essential Duties
- Assist in collecting and developing powerful patient, provider and payor messages, proof points, evidence and stories to inspire belief, create awareness, drive loyalty and advocacy, recognize innovation and compel a change in the standard of care.
- Partner with our clinical affairs team to create compelling marketing materials, tools and programs for our commercial sales organization, highlighting our powerful real-world evidence.
- Work with the commercial sales organization to nurture and convert leads.
- Help manage the logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences and our speakers program - ensuring audience engagement while optimizing the impact and spend.
- Participate in training our new hire and tenured commercial sales team through training events and ongoing informal interactions.
- Continually expand and refresh various marketing content and collateral to align with our key strategic initiatives.
- Provide input to the new product planning team related to product enhancements and potential new offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and People Operations.

Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient's case.

Salary : Annualized at $135,000 - $165,000, plus bonus. Depending on experience and location.
