The Medical Technologist Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications : Medical Laboratory Technician Education : Associate's degree in a major acceptable to a certification agency for MLT Certification / Registration : MLT ASCP or equivalent OR Medical Technologist I Associate degree with MLT certification & 3 years clinical experience Approved Military Training (if applicable) OR Medical Technologist II Education : Bachelor's degree.
