Senior Account Manager, In-Home Care
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven In Home Care Account Manager to join our Partner Success team. In this role, you will serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of home care agencies, including both regional and national accounts. You'll play a critical role in helping partners thrive on our platform by driving conversion, improving satisfaction, and expanding product utilization.
As a self-starter, you'll proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships, coach partners on performance, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Strong negotiation skills will be key as you work with agencies to optimize their investment, resolve challenges, and secure long-term commitments.
