We are seeking developed leaders to support the business by supervising, communicating, training, and coaching all employees on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Supervisors will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Supervisors are in constant contact with the leadership team and are responsible for the overall flow of their shift.

Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and proceduresDemonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu itemsAchieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasksConsistently seeks to improve the restaurant with innovative strategies, procedures, and ideasResponsible for inventory and facilities managementComplete understanding of each key position pertaining to the area under directionLeads restaurant under direction of the Owner / OperatorAssists Owner / Operator with decisions related to employee performanceWorks with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levelsIdentifies and solves ongoing issues related to accuracy, speed of service, and employee or guest issuesModels and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs as well as the leadership teamMaintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedbackMaintains a clean and pleasant environmentAdditional Benefits
