Established in 2010, Great Lakes Cardiovascular, affiliated with General Physician, PC in Buffalo, NY, has grown to over 100 providers with 15 locations in our Western New York service area.  We are a part of the Kaleida Health system in Buffalo, NY.  Great Lakes Cardiovascular is a group of well-respected, accomplished Cardiovascular Physicians and APP's.

We care for a wide range of heart-related issues and this means a strong team of talented EP, Invasive and Non-Invasive colleagues.  Our team works together to mentor, share, care and support each other.    With world-renown providers, as well as advanced facilities and equipment at the Gates Vascular Institute in Buffalo, Great Lakes Cardiovascular provides the premier cardiovascular care in Western New York - and we look forward to adding additional highly acclaimed staff to our team.

Our Cardiology Team Services at Great Lakes Cardiovascular services include :

  • Cardiac consultation
  • Cardiac event monitoring
  • Echocardiogram
  • Electrocardiogram
  • Electrophysiology
  • Exercise treadmill test
  • Interventional cardiology
  • MitraClip / transcatheter mitral valve repair
  • Nuclear imaging
  • Tilt-table testing
  • Transcatheter aortic valve replacement
  • Vascular Doppler ultrasound studies

    • Qualified Candidate

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University

    • New York Medical License

    Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology

    Opportunity

  • Outpatient Practice with extensive cardiac services
  • Inpatient consult service is between 8-12 weeks per year
  • Academic if preferred
  • Over 120 providers on the team, plus full staff complement.
  • Cardiac Testing facilities at hospital and in Outpatient Office
  • AFIB Center at the Hospital
  • Reasonable Call
  • Strong established Primary Care and Pulmonology referral base
  • APP support provided

    • Package

  • Competitive Salary $500,000-550,000
  • RVU productivity in addition
  • Sign on bonus
