Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Call Room Agent to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, lobby bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings via lobby and phone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily confirmation calls and save tours each morning if / when needed.
• Work in the chase room from start of shift until 12 : 00 PM daily.
• Transition to the lobby from 12 : 00 PM until the end of scheduled shift to see and book arrivals in rotation.
• Focus on assigned P1 arrival pre-call bookings, booking parking pass and misses off the chase list, and on-site lobby bookings.
• Follow up with pre-assigned P1 owners as designated by management.
• Meet or exceed conversion expectations as determined by weekly performance metrics.
• Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
