Seasonal Technical Support

Location : 100% Onsite - Green Bay

Position Overview We are hiring 5 seasonal technical support professionals to assist customers during our peak tax season. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a technical aptitude gained through education, internships, or prior experience.

Open Roles Technical Support

• Support customers remotely with software installations and data imports
• Troubleshoot installation issues and guide users through setup
• Requires 6+ months of IT experience
