• 7-day block schedule with 24-hour call coverage
• Nursery average 1-5 patients pediatric unit 0-2 patients daily
• Level 1 nursery coverage with high-risk delivery attendance
• Emergency department consultations required
• NRP and PALS certifications required
• Pediatric medical / surgical care responsibilities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
