Care Stack Office Support
Introduction
Join our dedicated team as a Care Stack Office Support professional, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. You will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential administrative support to enhance our team's efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, via email and teams.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Entering same day insurance, assisting and trouble shooting any errors they may see in the system, or editing items not completed correctly.
- Will serve as fill in front desk as needed in offices.
- Address and resolve any office-related issues or inquiries.
- During roll out you will support with in person training and be on site as needed.
Job Requirements

Compensation details : 20-25 Hourly Wage
