We are currently hiring a Warehouse Outbound Shipping Lead for 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $22.75.00 / hour plus $2.00 shift differential.

Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift 3 pm to 11 : 30 pm with opportunities for overtime.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Job Description

Lead a department of 10-15 in daily communication meetings and issue each team member their daily workload. Train, motivate, and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals while taking direction from the shift supervisor. Take on accountability for all department operations, actions, and results.
