Job Title : Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer – Multifamily Construction

Position Overview :

We’re seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team and support all phases of multifamily residential projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with a developer-builder model, working directly with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Project Managers in daily construction operations across assigned multifamily developments
• Track RFIs, submittals, and material procurement to ensure schedule alignment
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs
• Support jobsite coordination between field teams, design consultants, and subcontractors
• Conduct quality control checks and assist with punch list management
• Help monitor safety compliance on-site
• Review and help manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate inspections and assist in the closeout process
