Lead Superintendent-Multifamily

Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project workflow. Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Oversee the quality control process to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates. Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent-Multifamily should have :

  • Experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
