The Project is a multi-family development in East Boston consisting of the ground-up construction of one building with 170 residential units, approximately 12,500 SF of indoor and outdoor amenities, and 6,623 SF of retail core and shell. The Project consists of five (5) levels of wood-framed construction for residential units over two levels of steel-framed and concrete podium for the retail, lobby / amenity, and courtyard at grade, and for the parking level partially below grade.
