Patient Volume : 8-12 (OP), 8 (IP) Patient Demographics : Adult & Geriatric % of Practice : 60% Hem, 40% Medical Onc Required Procedures / Duties : - Management of VAD / CV Catheters - Participation on tumor board, blood bank, orders tests, orders images and prescribes. - Administration of Chemo : By Physician & Nurse Oncologist. Trauma Level : III EMR : Aria / Meditech Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements : Active PA License BC (Medical Oncology or Hematology) ACLS Local / driving distance candidates Clean record Able to cover at least 2 weeks per month
