Ready Mix Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic, experienced Sales Manager to lead our ready-mix sales team in the DallasFort Worth area. If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on sales expertise, and a passion for developing people and growing market share, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals while driving growth across the DFW market. You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key accounts and contractors, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams and monitoring market trends, you will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market opportunities in the DFW area
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the companys market presence across the region
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team
