Job Details :

• Start : 09 / 03 / 2024
• Monday through Friday 7 : 30am 5 : 30pm.
• Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Duties : In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc.
• Required Procedures : none
• Patients per day / volume : 18 - 20
• Responsible of Mid-Level Providers : No
• EMR : Epic
• Support Staff : MA / LPN
• Reason for Coverage : Provider on extended Medical leave + currently recruiting growth position
