About The Position

Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Specialty : COTA

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Hours per Shift : 32 hours guaranteed

Experience : New graduates accepted; SNF experience highly preferred.

License : State license verification required.

Certifications : 8 hours of dementia training required.

Must-Have :

• Completed resume
• Three references
• Criminal background checks including county, federal, multi-state, and sex offender searches
• HHS / OIG and GSA search
• Social Security number trace
• PPD / Quantiferon proof or positive PPD and chest X-ray
• SAM search
• Massachusetts CORI background check

Description :

Resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Candidates with SNF experience are highly preferred.
