Serving Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Collinsville, O'Fallon, Fairview Heights, Belleville, Columbia, Waterloo and many other growing communities. Lawn Doctor of Edwardsville - Collinsville / Belleville-Columbia Waterloo is looking for individuals to be part of our family dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services working from our Millstadt, IL office. Our Lawn Care Specialists are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, pest control, perform shop work, install Holiday Lights and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

If you enjoy working outdoors; being out on your own with little direct supervision, and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we'd love to talk with you.

Must be 21 years of age or older and the ideal candidate for this position will have a professional appearance, strong work ethic, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Work experience in the lawn care industry and a valid Illinois Pesticide license is highly desirable. He or she must also have :

• CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery and occasional maintenance
• Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate and adapt
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Able to back up a trailer
• Willing and able to work on roofs for Holiday Lights

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
