Luxury Sales Professional – Cradle-to-Grave Sales

Volvo Cars Sugar Land – Sugar Land, TX

At Volvo Cars Sugar Land , we deliver more than vehicles — we deliver an exceptional luxury experience . We are seeking a Luxury Sales Professional who can manage the entire sales process from first contact to final delivery and beyond .

This role is perfect for former Sales Managers, Insurance Sales Professionals, and high-ticket closers  who excel at building relationships, managing their own pipeline, and creating lifelong clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle the entire sales process (cradle to grave)  — prospecting, presentation, financing, and delivery.
  • Deliver a concierge-style experience  that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Present and demonstrate new Volvo and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles  with confidence and expertise.
  • Build your own book of business  through referrals, repeat clients, and consistent follow-up.
  • Exceed personal sales goals while contributing to the success of the dealership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales management, insurance sales, or high-value client services.
  • Ability to manage the sales process independently while providing exceptional service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
