As the largest and fastest-growing installer of heat pumps in the U.S., we’re scaling across the Southeast—and Durham, NC is next. We’re seeking a seasoned sales pro to lead local sales, delight customers, and hit ambitious revenue targets.
Your impact
- Be the trusted expert in daily in-home consultations, delivering clear, confidence-building product demos.
- Evaluate spaces, take measurements and photos, calculate BTUs, and map equipment layouts to engineer the right solution.
- Tailor recommendations to each client’s needs and preferences, then negotiate and close.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and satisfaction.
- Track the local competitive landscape and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and present reports and forecasts to leadership.
- Represent Rycor at industry events and trade shows to grow brand presence.
What you bring
Demonstrated success in sales / account management; in-home experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proven negotiation and closing strength.Self-motivated, results-driven approach; consistent quota attainment.Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office.Rewards
