SPAS-ELCA is hiring : Director of Music in Saint Paul

Overview Gloria Dei Lutheran Church is a large, urban congregation in St. Paul’s Highland Park neighborhood. It is known for its ministry in music and worship; children, youth, and family; and social justice and outreach. Liturgical worship at Gloria Dei is traditional and creative. Hymnody (the people’s song) is a primary expression in our worship life. The Director of Music serves as principal organist and choir director. This person functions as an integral part of a ministry team. Primary responsibilities include leading the assembly’s song, fostering spiritual, musical community and managing the music program.
