A company is looking for a QMCSO Lead responsible for managing daily operations of QMCSO services and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Guide QMCSO analysts to meet quality standards and timelines for case completion
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery and complex case issues
Administer QMCSO services, including reviewing and verifying medical child support orders for compliance
Required Qualifications
Experience in client-facing positions
Extensive experience with benefits administration, especially QMCSOs
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within benefits, HR, or consulting
Experience with ERISA and relevant federal and state regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
