We're looking for driven sales professionals who thrive on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals without needing a 9-to-5 structure.

This is a fully commission-based, independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours and no cap on earnings. If you're motivated by results and know how to generate business, this is your chance to own your success.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively prospect decision-makers in target industries
  • Pitch our services with confidence and handle objections effectively
  • Move prospects through the pipeline and close deals consistently
  • Track leads and activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Deliver results and maximize your commission potential

Must-Have

We only consider applicants who meet all of the following :

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell services (not just products)
  • Comfortable with prospecting and high-volume outreach
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and create urgency
  • Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
  • Nice-to-Have

  • College diploma or degree
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Contact center or SaaS sales experience
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments

  • Device : Windows 11 Pro (Intel i5-13th / 14th Gen / Ryzen 5 7000) or Mac (M2 / M3) with 16GB RAM (32GB preferred) and 256GB+ SSD
  • Monitors : 2 for desktops, 1 extra for laptops
  • Network : Wired Ethernet (Cat6), 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum
  • Accessories : Wired USB headset and webcam
  • Security : Device must have antivirus software installed
