• Position Summary Holistic Therapy Coordinators are at the forefront of the guest experience at Alive and Well, guiding clients through wellness therapies with care, confidence, and warmth.

• Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Therapy Facilitation
• Provide a warm, attentive welcome to guests; offer personalized guidance and education for each therapy session.
• Facilitate and monitor services including Sauna + Cold Plunge, Ozone Insufflations, LED Red Light Therapy, Vibroacoustic and Shiftwave Therapies and Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions.
• Ensure therapy rooms are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned between sessions.
• Assist guests with protocols, safety, and comfort, staying attuned to individual needs.
• Communicate the benefits of our services and memberships in a clear and compassionate way.
• Facility Readiness & Flow
• Keep therapy spaces clean, fully stocked, and operating efficiently throughout the day.
• Perform light laundry duties and assist with overall cleanliness and flow of the center.
• Monitor inventory and restock products or tools as needed.
• Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to maintain a peaceful, high-touch guest environment.
