Responsibilities / Duties :

• Handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdraws, transfers, balance inquires
• Opening / closing accounts; checking, savings, CDs
• Customer service to internet, mobile, and telephone banking customers

Required Experience :

• One-year cash handling preferred
• Minimum one-year customer service

Required Skills :

• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong oral communication skills
