The role focuses on sharp observation and detail as you monitor a series of screens in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.

Responsibilities
Customer service is your top priority.Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.Multitask and work well under pressure.Be able to work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed.Respond quickly to critical situations.Read and write detailed reports.Learn client procedures, regulations, and standards quickly.Safely patrol by car, or on foot as needed.You can learn various tasks at different sites and work with electronics as needed.Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.Qualifications
High school education or equivalent (GED), or college degree.At least 21 years of age.Active PILB license.Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.Able to pass an extensive screening process.Physical stamina to walk, stand, sit, and endure weather during shifts.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.CPR / AED / First Aid certification or can become certified within 2 weeks of an offer.At least a solid year of experience, or equivalent Law Enforcement / Military experience.Authorized to work in the U.S.It is the policy of GardaWorld Security Services to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability in accordance with applicable federal laws.
