Job Details

Maintain highest ethics to protect the integrity of the general ledger and all reported financial information.

  • Optimize monthly closing process and all associated deliverables both internal and external.
  • Prepare the annual financial budget; provide forecasts and cash flow projections as requested.
  • Control inventory levels; maintain proper Overhead Rates and E&O reserves; lead annual Physical Inventory.
  • Provide insight and support analysis of operational improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously drive initiatives to reduce working capital and improve operating cash flow.
  • Analyze and approve all pricing proposals, customer credit limits, and all local contracts.
  • Assess all capital investment requests and prepare cost justification analysis for HQ approvals.
  • Oversee shared services - A / R, A / P and Payroll processing in SoCal; supporting centralized corporate
