job_description.job_card.job_descriptionKey Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding SwiftX deliver services, package inquiries, delivery attempt request etc. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Coordinating between operations team and customer's inquiries. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English or English and Spanish is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
