We are seeking a skilled HVAC Superintendent with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage and oversee HVAC projects. The position offers competitive salaries, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and company support for your professional success. ????

Core Responsibilities :

  • ????️‍♂️ Oversee and coordinate equipment, materials, and labor, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • ????️ Manage and direct field labor while fostering a positive work environment.
  • ⏱️ Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for just-in-time (JIT) installation.
  • ???? Interpret project specifications and ensure proper implementation.
  • ???? Analyze and adhere to project schedules, maintaining alignment throughout execution.
  • ????️ Review blueprints, complete material take-offs, and identify potential design or execution conflicts.
  • ???? Maintain and update project drawings by documenting any changes for As-Built records.
  • ???? Communicate with the Project Coordinator on delivery dates and track tools and rental equipment usage.
  • ???? Handle daily reports, procurement paperwork, and material / equipment delivery documentation as required.

Leadership Requirements :

  • ???? Provide leadership by managing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with subcontractors.
  • ???? Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors.
  • ????️ Attend necessary meetings for job planning, safety, quality control, and coordination.

    • Communication Requirements :

  • ???? Regularly communicate manpower needs and project updates to the Project Manager.
  • ???? Clearly report any drawing or specification issues to produce timely RFIs.

    • Safety and Quality Assurance :

  • ⚠️ Ensure compliance with safety policies and lead weekly toolbox safety meetings.
  • ???? Perform daily safety inspections and weekly quality control reviews to address any deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • ???? Foster a motivated and accountable workforce.
