MCI is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoy working from heights to fill our Tower Technician I & II positions.

Our hourly rates for experienced :

Tower Tech I $21-$25

Tower Tech II $25-$30

We are a telecommunication contractor in Little Canada who believes in honesty, integrity, and treating employees respectfully and fairly. Safety is a top priority and every employee is provided training from our in-house trainer and proper PPE before starting in the field.

Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are :

  • Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly
  • Assist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Understand quality and installation requirements
  • Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, the public and management
  • Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
  • Attend safety meetings and follow company & safety policies

Requirements :

  • Must have experience with climbing & ability to use climbing gear and PPE properly
  • Must be able to lift / carry 70lb
  • Must have full body mobility : twisting, turning, and working for extended periods on feet
  • Must be able to work at various heights regularly
  • Have basic math skills & speak / understand English
  • Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel and work nights / weekends when necessary
  • Must pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary
