Sr Project Controller

This position is responsible for preparing financial and operational reports at the site level with minimal supervision. The role supports daily accounting activities, including journal entry preparation, consolidation and reporting of project entities, SOX compliance, site-level forecasting, quarterly tax provision preparation, and timely reporting. The specialist may also interpret and administer accounting policies relevant to the site. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of six years of relevant experience are required. A CPA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial capital forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by organizing relevant financial data.
• Manage the monthly accrual process.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Perform financial analyses for management and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals to forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models in Excel.
• Track project costs and forecast end-of-project spend.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations for leadership.
• Ensure SOX compliance and accurate asset reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The role is based on-site, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in Juno Beach, FL. Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
