A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
Establish relationships and maintain rapport with patients and caregivers in a telephonic setting
Coordinate financial options and assist with insurance coverage and reimbursement challenges
Required Qualifications
AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license
Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience is a plus
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing
Experience with digital CRM systems is required
Must be eligible to obtain licensure in all 50 states
