Project Overview :

This role supports the digital transformation of mission-critical federal systems through the development and delivery of secure, scalable solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with proven project collaboration and leadership experience to drive the successful implementation of modern, user-centered applications in an agile DevSecOps environment.

As a Technical Project Manager on our solution delivery team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the development, engineering, or business analysis for projects advancing the digital transformation of critical government systems with true mission impact.

This position requires experience, curiosity, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technological challenges.

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will serve as the primary delivery lead across platform development, client engagement, and agile execution. The TPM role requires a rare combination of hands-on Power Platform technical skills, agile delivery leadership, and federal program experience. This position is responsible for writing product specifications, creating and executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks, and managing the software development life cycle from inception to production launch and postproduction support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to define project requirements, establish technical vision, roadmaps, and ensure successful design, build, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with government clients and stakeholders, facilitating meetings, demos, and reporting.
