Performing Arts Center Executive
Osceola County, Florida seeks an experienced Performing Arts Center executive to lead its efforts for the development of the business and operating model for the creation of a performing arts center in the heart of NeoCity Center.
NeoCity Center is a planned urban development in Osceola County, Florida, aiming to be a "live, work, play" community focused on high-tech industries. It's part of the larger NeoCity project, envisioned as a hub for semiconductor and advanced packaging, fostering collaboration between universities, research institutions, and tech companies. The center itself will feature amenities like restaurants, retail, a plaza, lake access, and a performing arts center.
The ideal candidate has robust experience in all aspects of performing arts center management, including but not limited to, the development of business and operating models, governance structures, strategic plans, design, construction, operation of the building, as well as programming, creative initiatives and the creation of the vision, mission, brand for performing arts venues and fundraising.
Target Salary Range : $131,476.80 to $203,798.40 Depending on Experience and Qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Arts Management or related field required. Experience : Six (6) years experience performing duties consistent with the Essential Job Functions previously outlined. Miscellaneous : Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Physical Demand : Light - 20 pounds maximum lifting. Frequent (up to 2 / 3 of the work time) lifting, carrying up to 10 lbs. If less lifting involved will require significant walking / standing. If mostly sitting is involved will require push / pull on arm or leg controls. Expressing or exchanging ideas by spoken word or perceiving sound by ear. Good eye sight for protection and safety of self and others. Physical agility is required in kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching. Required to have clear vision at distances of 20 inches or less.

At no cost to the employee. The County offers Short-Term and Long-Term Disability at 60% of the employee's weekly base salary. The employee has the option to purchase an additional 10% coverage.

Employee Health Center
The County provides a private health center for County Employees and eligible dependents. The Employee Health Center offers an array of primary care services, including sick visits, enhanced by x-ray services, pulmonary tests, lab work, and a dispensary offering over 200 generic medications onsite. Services at the Health Center are offered at no cost to the employees and their eligible dependents.
Employees who are enrolled on the County's Medical plan have access to the Employee Health Center on day one of employment. The Health Center is available to patients 8 years of age and older.
