Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel)

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Our travel nurse staffing agency is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an exciting travel assignment in Fort Myers, Florida. This role offers petitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to expand your skills while enjoying a beautiful coastal location.

Assignment Details :

Travel / contract role

13-week assignment with potential extension

Full-time schedule, 3640 hours per week

Day shifts with possible call, evening, or weekend rotation

Start date : ASAP or based on availability

Job Requirements :

Provide professional nursing care in the operating room across multiple specialties

Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery

Prepare operating rooms, ensure proper equipment setup, and maintain sterile environments

Collaborate with surgical teams including physicians, anesthesiologists, and technicians

Document patient information accurately and in pliance with facility policies

Needed Qualifications :

Active RN license in Florida or pact state license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing

Excellent munication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
