About The Position

Job Title : Computed Tomographic Scanner (CT Scan)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : ARRT required

Certifications : IV Certification preferred

Must-Have :

• Experience in performing general CAT scans of the chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, and pediatric exams.
• Expertise in completing post-processing in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform CT Angiograms (CTA) with post-processing.
• Experience in scanning trauma patients efficiently.
• Understanding of minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Skills in maintaining high quality and image production in scanning.
• Demonstrated reliability and effective communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and independent judgment.
• Ability to provide input for departmental planning and process improvement.
• Participation in departmental meetings and training of new associates and students.

Description :

The role involves performing general CAT scans of various body parts, including the chest and abdomen.

You will be responsible for completing post-processing tasks in a timely fashion.

Consideration of radiation safety for yourself, patients, and staff is paramount.
