About The Position

Position Overview :

Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students through the Educational Support Center (ESC). This position involves working with Homebound students, Out-of-District placements, and the Independence Academy. The ideal candidate will have pediatric experience, and while school-based experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Note : This position requires traveling to student homes to deliver services. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse pediatric student population

Support students in homebound, special placement, and transitional learning environments

Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation per district and state guidelines

Communicate effectively with families and staff regarding student progress

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP License – Required

Experience working with pediatric populations – Required

School-based experience – Preferred
