Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys verification required)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

RN Surgery certification preferred

Ability to pass all required health screenings and background checks

Up-to-date immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB, Varicella, Tdap)

Completion of specialty exams and skills checklists as required

Professional references and resume submission

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the Operating Room

Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient management

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols

Support patients and families throughout the surgical process

Participate in ongoing education and competency assessments
