As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and consulting teams, guiding the design and implementation of complex supply chain solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, architect scalable systems, and ensure smooth deployment of software platforms that optimize business processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising on technical decisions, and developing strategies to deliver measurable business impact. You will mentor team members, influence solution roadmaps, and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, testing, and project management. Accountabilities :

• Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop comprehensive system architectures for supply chain and planning platforms.
• Advise clients on platform integration, configuration, and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops to optimize business processes and derive immediate value from software investments.
• Ensure solutions meet functional requirements through testing, debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate with account teams to support pre-sales efforts, proposals, and project planning.
• Develop client-ready materials, including process documentation, functional specifications, and test plans.
